Mattress Warranty Information
All our mattresses are brand new and come with a FULL manufacturer’s warranty. If you ever experience an issue with your mattress in the future, simply give us a call and we will stand by your side and guide you with the warranty process. This may include taking pictures or a quick inspection at your home to figure out the exact problem with your mattress. If your warranty is approved by the manufacture, we will then promptly arrange a repair for your mattress or most of the time simply exchange it for a new one (depending on the issue). Please note that manufactures may not cover delivery of a repaired or replacement mattress.
We know warranty claims can be a huge headache, but we will work our best to make this process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our customers.
